During this time presenters are asked to be online and following the broadcasting. [VOD Submission Deadline: November 6, 2020]

Uploading Your Presentation

Special Talk: 20 min.

Oral Presentation: 15 min.

Poster Presentation 5 min.
Video File Format (mp4)
mp4 (Once the recording is complete, you will see the different files. You will only need to upload the .mp4 file as that file incorporates Audio, Camera and Content Slides (PowerPoint) all in a single file.)

Tips for Recording

Use as quiet an area as possible

Avoid areas that have echo

Rooms should be small.

Sound dampening with carpeting, curtains, furniture

Hardline internet connection recommended, but if unavailable, a strong Wi-Fi connection

Good headset with microphone close to mouth BUT away from direct line of mouth to reduce “pops”. Avoid using default built-in microphone on computer.

Do a test recording of a couple of minutes and review the sound and picture quality, MP4 format, and bit rate before recording the entire presentation.

Submission Tips

Presentation video file (.mp4) should be renamed file to “Affilitation_Name.mp4” (Ex. ABC University_Gildong Hong.mp4 or oo대학교_홍길동.mp4.) and submit to Dropbox linked below.
If you have any issues with uploading your presentation, please contact the conference secretariat at or +82-44-862-7962.
As a reminder, videos that are not received by the deadline will be considered no-shows in accordance with the MSK non-presented paper policy.
We look forward to making this meeting a success within this virtual conference format. We thank you for your cooperation in this endeavor.
